Do I need to purchase 4 users at least?

We can only offer you a minimum of 4 users as we believe in the longer run you’d need to have multiple user accounts to properly take advantage of the system (global admin, accountants, human resources, department heads.. etc). The system is meant to handle all your company’s needs in one place and therefore it’s best utilized with the whole company onboarded on it.

Is the price only for one package / solution?

The price includes everything! We customize the system to your initial needs however you have access to all module and solutions at any point during your subscription.

I have multiple branches, do I need more than one subscription?

You don’t! One subscription covers unlimited branches.

We’re a holding company, do we need a subscription for each of our sub-companies?

You don’t! You can even manage your books completely separately within the system.

How much does the training and support cost?

With every subscription we include 30 hours of completely free training at no added cost to you. This is enough to cover a medium sized company. If at any point you feel the need for more training, we’re happy to offer you more hours of training at cost.

Do you offer in-house training?

We’re a cloud, remote-only company. Experience shows that being a remote-only company we’re able to offer you a much faster service and a shorter turn-around time, while also minimizing the costs on you. Our training sessions are also recorded (with your permission) and shared with you for later reference.

Do you offer self-service training?

Yes! We offer a comprehensive library of articles and videos covering every aspect of the system’s usage to help you educate yourself and your company at your need. Available 24/7.

How much do you charge for customizations?

With every subscription you get 20 hours of completely free customizations. This is enough to cover the needs of a medium sized company. If at any point you feel the need for more customization, we can offer you a very competitive hourly rate depending on the size and need of customization.

Do you upload and setup our company’s data / offer migration services?

Yes! Included within the 20 hours of customization.

How much do you charge to integrate the system with other systems / services we use?

If the integration can be done within the 20 hours of customization, it’ll be completely free!
