Refund Policy

We at Cloud Today, are always looking to improve ourselves for our customers and we strive to achieve the highest satisfaction levels and will always seek to make every customer happy. In that light, we have designed our refund policy to be flexible and give our customers the greatest ease of mind.


Monthly Subscriptions

The customer is entitled to cancel the monthly subscription during the first 5 days of the subscription period, with full refund of the subscription amount unless otherwise specified in unique cases. Any cancellation after 5 days have passed will not incur a refund, however will terminate the subscription auto-renewal for the coming month.


Annual Subscriptions

The customer is entitled to cancel the yearly subscription during the first 14 days of the subscription period, with full refund of the subscription amount unless otherwise specified in unique cases. Any cancellation after 14 days have passed will not incur a refund, however will terminate the subscription auto-renewal for the coming year. If a cancellation is made after 14 days have passed, the subscription will remain active for the remainder of the subscription duration.


Auto-Renewal

To make things easy, and to avoid any interruptions to the service, the subscription, whether it is monthly or yearly, will auto-renew, until the customer cancels the service. The customer will be informed of the renewal, and the amount charged will be specified in an email to the customer.
