If you are a small company and you’re interested in only managing your human resources and the operations related to them, then the People tier is best for you.

If you are a small company and you’re interested in accounting, sales and asset management only, then the Accounting tier is best for you.

If you’re a larger company, or you want to handle your business operations end-to-end, or you want to onboard your whole company then the Full ERP tier is best for you.

With the People and Accounting tiers you get 4 users which you can assign to any role you wish. With the Full ERP tier user licenses are on a pay as you grow bases, with a minimum of 5 users required.

A user license allows for dedicated access to the system. While an employee is a record kept by the system.

If your employees don’t require access to the system, then you do not need to purchase a license for them. As an example you can track vacations, payroll, and more, without a user license. Operations and requests are usually done through the HR admin at your company who has a dedicated user license.

Employee records are free and are only limited by the storage of the system. 

For the Full ERP tier the price includes everything! We customize the system to your initial needs however you have access to all module and solutions at any point during your subscription.

For the People tier the price includes the Human Resources and Accounting modules. 

For the Accounting tier the price includes the Accounting, Sales & Purchasing, and Asset Management modules. 

You don’t! One subscription of the Full ERP tier covers unlimited branches.

You don’t! You can even manage your books completely separately within the subscription of the Full ERP tier.

For the Full ERP tier we include 30 hours (when billed annually) of completely free training at no added cost to you. This is enough to cover a medium sized company. If at any point you feel the need for more training, we’re happy to offer you more hours of training. Any additional hour of training costs 75 SAR per man hour. 

The People and Accounting tiers are designed to be self operated and taught with our tutorials and guides. However if at any time you require training we’re happy to provide that for only 75 SAR per man hour. 

We’re a cloud, remote-only company. Experience shows that being a remote-only company we’re able to offer you a much faster service and a shorter turn-around time, while also minimizing the costs on you. Our training sessions are also recorded (with your permission) and shared with you for later reference.

Yes! We offer a comprehensive library of articles and videos covering every aspect of the system’s usage to help you educate yourself and your company at your need. Available 24/7.

For the Full ERP tier you get 20 hours of completely free customizations. This is enough to cover the needs of a medium sized company. If at any point you feel the need for more customization, we can offer you a very competitive hourly rate depending on the size and need of customization.

The People and Accounting tiers are designed to be self operated and taught with our tutorials and guides. However if at any time you require customizations we’re happy to provide that for only 75 SAR per man hour.
